I suddenly get a text, I pick up my phone and it’s Alex. I’m yet again at home, alone on a Friday night. I told her how it would never happen again, ever…įast forward a few weeks. I then told her how sorry I was and how bad I felt. Yet, she said she forgave me said she was thankful that I told her. She went on about how Alex and I broke her trust and how she was upset with both of us. About 5 minutes before getting to work I finally just let it out. Deep down I felt like I just needed to blurt out what had happened between Alex and I a few nights ago. The drive was nice, we caught up since we hadn’t seen each other in a few days. I got ready and shortly after she was in my driveway. She offered to pick me up which I agreed to. Turns out we were both scheduled the same shift and were actually working together again for once. I honestly felt guilty yet I didn’t say anything and just went home.įast forward a few days and I’m getting ready for work. She didn’t ask any questions, just went with it. I mentioned to Kailey how I had came over the night before to hang with Alex and we ended up drinking too much so I stayed the night.
